According to the owner of this photo, the girl who's being abused is obviously drunk. Some netizens already confirmed that they know the girl in this photo and that the photo was taken at one of the most visited bars in Bacolod City along Lacson Street. They also said that it was a taken from a wet and wild party that is also very popular for party goers.
