Kim's doctor explained that removing those pesky leftover bits could expose her to more risks during her next pregnancy, and so that it could wind up being safer for everyone if Kim just got a surrogate. Which makes sense, of course, but Kim said that the thought was "really scary," and that she "wouldn't dare ask anyone" to carry her baby for her. She raised some good points, bringing up the fact that her surrogate could turn out to be a "lunatic" who runs away to raise Kim's baby herself, but good ol' Kris Jenner stepped in to volunteer another daughter's uterus, saying "Kourtney would probably do it."
There's just a whole mess of feelings here, guys, if you're one of those people that feels feelings because of this family. Doesn't it sound horrific that Kim had some placenta leftover from when she had her first baby almost two years ago? She even said that after she delivered North, instead of delivering the placenta right after, it just kind of went back inside of her and her doctor had to "put his arm" in her and "scrape it off with his fingernails," that's a classic nightmare, right? And it's sad too that Kim so desperately wants to have another little baby but can't right now because of so many troubles. It's also sweet to think about Kourtney Kardashian being her surrogate, because you know that girl would jump at any chance to be pregnant. And lastly, it's a little weird that Kris feels comfortable offering up her daughter's uterus for her.
